Front Desk Supervisor Overview : Oversees day-to-day operations at the Front Desk and Bell and Transportation. They are responsible for normal Guest Service Agent activities as well as the responsibility for supervising the Guest Service Agents and Concierge staff. They are also responsible for assigned reports on group billing and guest feedback via Unifocus weekly.
Responsibilities: - Coverage and execution of Front Desk duties, i.e. cash handling, guest registration, etc.
- Resolution of guest issues and concerns for the entire resort
- Supervising team members at the Front Desk, Concierge and Guest Services area
- Scheduling and coaching team members
- Assisting Reservations and Telephone Operators as needed
- Controlling inventory (maps, keys, paper products)
- Scheduling based on Business needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications: - Required 1-3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
- Ability to lift, push, pull a minimum of 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and/or walk for an extended period of time
- Ability to stoop, kneel, reach or perform repetitive foot and hand action
- Ability to bend at the waist
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays
- Valid Drivers License.
