Job Description

Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for an Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Cypress, CA. The Operations Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the Retail Servicing Department, actively engaging with customers, dealers, and internal departments to ensure unparalleled service and satisfaction.
What you'll be doing:

  • Compose routine correspondence for customers and dealers. Perform mail mergers, manage incoming mail by receiving, sorting, and distributing it daily.
  • Collaborate with the management team to create departmental reports. Investigate and follow up on unidentified checks, coordinating with dealers, customers, financial institutions, and servicers.
  • Facilitate documentation for internal and external audit requests.
  • Handle incoming calls, providing basic information to customers as needed, and manage department voicemails by forwarding messages to the relevant departments.
  • Collect documents from dealers and dispatch correspondence. Upload customer documents into appropriate systems.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations governing customer communication.
  • Provide support to Recovery, Repossession & Remarketing Administrators.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need to be successful:
  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Four years of Customer Service experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications ex. Word, Excel.
  • Data entry experience with an emphasis on accuracy
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties based on a deadline, in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:
$43,890 to $72,420
Yamaha intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related experience. Base pay is part of Yamaha's Total Reward program, our Talent Acquisition Team will share more details as candidates progress.
