Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for an Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Cypress, CA. The Operations Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the Retail Servicing Department, actively engaging with customers, dealers, and internal departments to ensure unparalleled service and satisfaction.
What you'll be doing:
- Compose routine correspondence for customers and dealers. Perform mail mergers, manage incoming mail by receiving, sorting, and distributing it daily.
- Collaborate with the management team to create departmental reports. Investigate and follow up on unidentified checks, coordinating with dealers, customers, financial institutions, and servicers.
- Facilitate documentation for internal and external audit requests.
- Handle incoming calls, providing basic information to customers as needed, and manage department voicemails by forwarding messages to the relevant departments.
- Collect documents from dealers and dispatch correspondence. Upload customer documents into appropriate systems.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations governing customer communication.
- Provide support to Recovery, Repossession & Remarketing Administrators.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need to be successful: - Associates degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Four years of Customer Service experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications ex. Word, Excel.
- Data entry experience with an emphasis on accuracy
- High degree of attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties based on a deadline, in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:
$43,890 to $72,420
Yamaha intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related experience. Base pay is part of Yamaha's Total Reward program, our Talent Acquisition Team will share more details as candidates progress.
