Verizon Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Key player in the communication and completion of the enrollment process with other departments; liaison between Verizon sales, customer service, advertising
- Utilize our personal customer service approach to interact with customers directly and ensure that they always have a knowledgeable and friendly resource to answer any questions
- Assist the Verizon sales team by providing top notch customer service to current and potential customers to help increase weekly and monthly sales goals
- Responsible for the accuracy of all the data during customer renewal or acquisition enrollment processes
- Attend Verizon Customer Service Associate meetings in person and via zoom to increase client knowledge and drive sales
Verizon Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
- Highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, team player with a "can-do" attitude and have the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Requires an individual who is self-directed and detail-oriented with an inquisitive nature and the desire to solve problems
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Must be able to diplomatically enforce deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building, listening and questioning skills
