Piper Companies is currently seeking a
Oncology Protocol Associate for a
hybrid opportunity in
Boston, Massachusetts (MA), to join a non-profit research group dedicated to saving cancer patients by facilitating access and promoting participation in oncology clinical trials.
Responsibilities of the Oncology Protocol Associate - Oversee protocol development for disease committees, including concept creation, submissions, and quality control reviews
- Coordinate and format protocols/amendments for scientific accuracy, and manage communications regarding study status changes
- Act as the primary contact for disease chairs and senior colleagues, while maintaining databases related to protocol development and status
- Organize monthly teleconferences, prepare tracking documents, and summarize action items from discussions
- Collaborate with cooperative groups and prepare concept packets for submission to executive committee, ensuring timely reviews and adherence to protocol procedures
Qualifications of the Oncology Protocol Associate - 1+ years of clinical or data services experience in healthcare
- Proficiency in database and word processing skills, and MS Office
- Knowledge/experience with electronic data submission a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a life science discipline is required
Compensation for the Oncology Protocol Associate - Salary Range : $50,000 - $60,000 / year
