Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a HYBRID Customer Support Specialist to join a life style brand in Irvine. This is a seasonal position to support for the months of October- January, could go longer based off business needs.

Schedule: Mon- Thursday in office, Friday WFH

Pay:$21/ hour

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver personalized and exceptional customer service experiences
  • Manage communication channels (calls, emails, online chat)
    • Respond to general inquiries, order placements, tracking, store locations, returns, and exchanges
  • Ensure responses to all customer inquiries within 24 hours
  • Process warranty-related replacement orders
  • Anticipate customer needs and proactively provide solutions
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate resource
  • Provide product information and follow up on orders to ensure satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain systems for documenting consumer feedback
  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Serve as front desk backup during lunch breaks and events
  • Assist with additional projects as assigned

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce
  • Experience with Full Circle, Shopify Plus, and service desk/ticketing tools preferred
  • Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel
