Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain appropriate department correspondence and files
- Maintain warranty schedules so all claims are paid within company guidelines of invoice closing
- Maintain warranty parts holding area (keep neat and organized)
- Process weekly warranty parts returns and warranty scrap reports and forward to the parts shipper/receiver for processing
- Ship all warranty parts on a timely basis
- Maintain housekeeping and organization of warehouse area
- Submit pars
- Maintain cores
- Computer updates
- Meet sales and gross profit margin goals
- Order parts according to dealership procedures
- Resolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer service
- Ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes
- Provide written quotes to customers as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work area
- Perform all other duties as assigned
