**Title** : Guest Services Specialist

**Facility:** South Florida Baptist Hosptial

The **Guest Services Specialist** is responsible for the following:

+ Delivering world class customer service and functions as the guests liaison to all services within the designated BayCare Health Systems hospital and the surrounding community

+ Must possess advanced computer skills

+ Will become proficient in all the following, as required: reception, registration and check-in, visitor management, waiting room management, document management, environment of care and emergency response.

This role is hospitality-focused and critical to support a positive experience for each guest.

**Required specific skills include:**

+ self-motivated team-player with 1-year of demonstrable success in a high stress, fast-paced work environment.

+ Must successfully complete OLC training modules as assigned within 12 months.

+ Required Experience is 1 year Related field and 2 years Customer Service.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

Required Experience

+ 1 year Related field and 2 years Customer Service.

**Education:**

+ HS Graduate or Equivalent GED required

+ Associate's Degree preferred

+ Health science specialization preferred
