Seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team and take on a key role in supporting HR operations. This is a replacement position, as the previous team member has moved on. We are looking for someone who is flexible, easy-going, and experienced in the administrative side of HR. Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration: Support day-to-day HR activities, including managing employee files, updating records, and maintaining HR systems.
- Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a small HR team (2-3 members), offering administrative support and contributing to a positive, efficient work environment.
- Benefits Management (Future Role): Assist with HR operations and transition into overseeing the benefits department and a small team.
- Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing any HR-related inquiries and assisting with benefits administration.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain HR records in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR administration.
- Onboarding: Experience with employee onboarding is required.
- HR Knowledge: Familiarity with HR processes and systems; recruiting experience is not required.
- Flexibility: Must have a flexible, easy-going attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Team Player: Comfortable working in a team of 2-3 people with a collaborative approach.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and time management skills.
