The right candidate will assist the Regional Processing Managerby handling weekly pipeline calls with branch managers, field questions from the loan processors and acting the point of contact for the branches directly worked with. In the Regional Processing Manager’s absence, assign incoming files.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMonitor and train on customer service maintaining company published ExCEED score goalsMentor new loan processorsMonitor and train team to maintain QC score of 1.00Monitor and train team to maintain Avg # Suspense Items score of 2.00Ensure that the processors on your team maintain a Timeline Exception of less than 15%Oversee the daily management of the aged loans reportManage BFA goals for the upcoming monthManage timely pre-draw of loans in the pipelineProvide support for the Regional Processing Manager when they are unavailable or out of the officeAssist the loan processors with questions and issues on guidelines and loan filesAssist the Regional Processing Manager in identifying training needsAssist in daily pipeline management to include monitoring the following reports; Projected to Close, Timeline Exception, Loan Approval ConditionsConduct in depth pipeline reviews with Loan Processors as needed (weekly or monthly)Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAble to travel overnightSupervisory ResponsibilitiesDirectly managestwo or more employees in the Branch Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.QualificationsEducation and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree (B.
