Essential Responsibilities: Assumes responsibility for an assigned group of patients, documents patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments, assists physician in the examination of patients, obtains and monitors physiological data of patients, administers medication as prescribed, and delivers patient care competently. Job Requirements 1 year of experience. Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques and procedures.
