    Job Details
  • LPN - 350 position available at Wheeling Hospital in West Virginia.
  • Unit: SNF/ICF with a total of 120 beds.
  • Patient Care Ratios: 15 to 1.
    Job Requirements
  • All LPNs submitted must have completed one travel assignment with the presenting company.
  • Candidates must have an exemplary reference from their previous assignment.
  • State License: LPN licensure required.
    Schedule Information
  • Shifts available are 7a-7p and 7p-7a.
  • Schedules are provided weekly.
  • Work includes weekends and holidays.
  • Floating required.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Charge Nurse role is available.
  • Unit orientation provided.
  • Scrub color is grey.
  • Telemetry support not applicable.
  • Ventilator support not applicable.
  • RT and Pharmacy support available 24/7.
    Additional Details
  • BLS required.
