  • Position / Specialty: Ren 7 Acute- PCU
  • Ratios: 1:4 all shifts
  • Years of experience REQ: 2 year
  • First-timers accepted: Yes
  • Weekend REQ: Yes- every other, Nightshift weekends are Friday and Saturday. Dayshift weekends are Saturday and Sunday.
  • Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes - Floating within service line, floating between Toledo, Flower, Bay Park, & Wildwood facilities as needed.
  • FLOAT UNITS: Neuro/ Stroke, Cardiac, Orthopedic, Trauma, Oncology, General Surg, Uro/Vascular, Observation
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36
  • Patient Age Group: Adults and Geriatrics
  • Patient Diagnoses: Renal, Urology and Vascular.
  • Special Procedures/Unit Details: CAPD and CBI
  • Work Settings: Telemetry
  • Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency Response
  • Interpretation of dysrhythmias
  • Management of dysrhythmias
  • Genitourinary/Renal: Renal failure
  • IV Therapy/Phlebotomy: Peripheral Line Care/Management
  • Medications: Heparin Protocols – preferred
  • Respiratory/Thoracic: Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management
  • Computerized Charting: EPIC - preferred
