We are hiring locum Trauma Surgeon for an ongoing assignment in central Connecticut!

Job details:

• Start: As soon as credentialed
  
• Length: Ongoing
• Schedule: Weekday shifts x 1 week - Mon-Fri 7:00-4:00pm, Three weekday nights Mon-Fri 4:00pm to next am 7am,Two weekend shifts sat or Sunday for 24 hours from 7am to next day 7am
  
• EMR: Epic
• Cases/procedures Per Day: 5
• Description of OR Staff: Full compliment
• Patient Age Demographic: Primarily Adult/Geri but occasionally child/adolescent
• Procedures required: Adult trauma cases, Geriatric trauma cases, Penetrating trauma cases, Blunt trauma cases, Chest tube insertion
• Laparoscopic procedures required: Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy

Job requirements:

• Board Certification
• Fellowship training
• CT state license (Or willing to obtain)
• DEA
• ACLS
• Local preferred
