Employer Relations Associate/Sr. Associate Position: Employer Relations Associate /Sr. AssociateLocation: San Francisco (this is an on-campus position)Position Starts: ImmediateReports to: Campus Head of Career Development and Employer RelationsThe OpportunityThe Employer Relations Associate is a key team member of the Career Development and Employer Relations team on Campus, responsible for sourcing full-time and internship roles and creating opportunities for students to engage with alumni and corporate contacts by developing relationships with local and regional employers.This role requires an understanding of the local and regional job market. At Hult we tell our students that the “city is their campus”. This role aims to bring some of the city onto campus and campus to the city. With a primary focus on helping students and graduates take the next step in their careers, you will work collaboratively with each member of the Career Development and Employer Relations team in developing and implementing career events and activities both on and off campus.Responsibilities:Develop and execute on-campus employer programs to support student job and internship success.Source employment opportunities from employer and alumni partners and promote opportunities to students. Actively participate and network at local external events generating leads to new employer partners.Connect with local alumni and develop opportunities for students to engage with alumni in on-campus and off-campus activities. Curate relevant off-campus events to offer networking opportunities for Hult students.Oversee the Handshake platform, ensuring efficient job posting processes and conducting regular analysis to track and enhance job matching, student engagement, and employer satisfaction.Develop and maintain a robust employer pipeline by utilizing CRM tools to record, track, and manage employer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information to support relationship-building and strategic decision-making.Partner with student clubs and professional organizations on co-branded events.Oversee employer events on and off campus, including arranging company visits. As part of the campus team, lead the execution of your events - with the support of campus colleagues.Under the direction of the Head of Career Development and Employer Relations, partner with the Career Development team to secure alumni and corporate contacts for at least 10 industry panels.Market events and job opportunities via social media, newsletters, and campus channels.Serve on the Campus Task Force for Corporate Business Challenges, bringing insight and support in connecting with potential corporate partners.Where applicable, manage student workers/interns to support the development, promotion, and execution of employer and alumni career events and opportunities.Collaborate with peers in Employer Relations across campuses to share best practices and source opportunities across regions for students.Qualifications:Minimum two years of experience in relationship management, business development, or college/university employer relations.Experience with college recruiting from an employer’s perspective preferred.Keen interest in understanding and communicating regional employment opportunities. Strong sense of local, regional, and global business and related hiring trends.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across diverse cultures.Experience with Handshake or other job posting platforms, databases, and CRMs (Salesforce), event management platforms, social media content design and editing tools.Experience in marketing, negotiation, and strategic planning.Results oriented.Flexibility to work during non-traditional work hours (some evenings and/or weekends).Belief in and desire to participate in the Hult mission for educating, inspiring, and empowering students.International work experience and exposure to multicultural environments is a plus.The salary range for this position is $60K-$70K, depending on experience.Please note you must have the right to work in the United States to be considered for this position.About usHult is a new kind of non-profit business school that constantly innovates to meet the needs of students, employers, and society in a world that is changing faster than ever before.
