Huntington Beach Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is looking for an experienced, energetic team player to join our Parts Department. We are seeking a motivated hard-working individual who is extremely knowledgeable about wholesale automotive parts, accessories, can accurately answer questions, satisfy customer requirements and ensures to maintain order at the back parts counter in person or on the phone. He or she locates automotive parts within the current inventory or from other sources such as the internet, vendors, etc.
Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has at five years of experience with wholesale and back counterperson experience with automotive parts and accessories, preferably in a dealership
• He or she must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong customer service and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass the pre-employment testing to include background check, drug test, and pre-employment.

• The Wholesale Back Parts Counterperson is extremely knowledgeable about wholesale automotive parts and accessories and can accurately answer questions and satisfy customer requirements and ensures to maintain order at the back parts counter in person or on the phone
• He or she locates automotive parts within the current inventory or from other sources (such as the internet, vendors, other dealerships, etc.) and arranges for delivery and installation
• Completes sales by entering purchased items into sales/inventory system, obtaining payment, adding purchase to credit account, and issuing sales receipts.
