Job Details:

• Setting: Hospital
• Start date: As soon as credentialing is complete
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 1pm- 9pm coverage
• Dates Needed: Dec 2- Onsite orientation 8am- 3pm, Dec 3-8th - 8am-8pm
• Patients per per day: 36
• EMR: Meditech

Job Requirements:

• Board Certification
• MI state license
• ACLS, BLS
• DEA
