Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dental Assistant to join our growing practice, focusing on general dentistry and dental implants. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to the dentist and ensure patients have a comfortable and positive experience during their visits. You will assist with a variety of procedures, including routine cleanings, restorative treatments, and implant surgeries, as well as contribute to the overall smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in Clinical Procedures:
    Prepare patients for dental treatments, including taking radiographs (X-rays), preparing sterilized instruments, and maintaining a sterile environment.
    Assist the dentist during general dentistry treatments and dental implant procedures, ensuring the patient is comfortable and informed throughout.
    Manage instruments and materials for various procedures, including restorative, surgical, and preventive care.

  • Patient Care:
    Greet and prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
    Provide chairside assistance, anticipating the dentist's needs and supporting the patient with reassurance and comfort.
    Take digital impressions for crowns, bridges, and other dental appliances.

  • Administrative Support:
    Schedule patient appointments and manage treatment plans.
    Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring they are updated with each visit.
    Communicate with patients regarding follow-up appointments, aftercare instructions, and billing.

  • Sterilization and Infection Control:
    Follow infection control procedures, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and office protocols for sterilizing equipment and maintaining a safe environment.
    Keep dental supplies stocked and organized.

  • Dental Implant Support:
    Assist in the preparation and setup for implant surgeries, including placement and restoration.
    Help with post-operative care instructions and provide assistance to the dentist during implant procedures.

  • Team Collaboration:
    Work collaboratively with the dentist and other office staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
    Assist in maintaining a enjoyable and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
