We are seeking a junior litigation lawyer with 1-3 years experience to join our team. You must be a resident of Nova Scotia. This is a fully remote position with occasional travel to attend discoveries, mediations, or court.
We are a boutique firm focused exclusively on employment and disability litigation. This includes representing plaintiffs in litigation involving wrongful dismissal, human rights, workers’ compensation, CPP disability, and disability insurance.
You will work directly with a senior lawyer in the firm and will have the opportunity to run your own cases.
