Bilingual EnglishSpanish preferred Extensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards Strong understanding of food and beverage principles, including menu knowledge and wine pairing basics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests on a personal level Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Must have: Pressed black or white button-down shirt, black tie and vest, black slacks, black shoes, and socks. Neatly groomed with NO facial piercings or visible tattoos. Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional, personalized service to assigned tables, adhering to fine dining etiquette and guest satisfaction standards. Confidently explain menu items and wine pairings, tailoring recommendations to guest preferences. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt and seamless service. Anticipate and address guest needs proactively, exceeding expectations and resolving issues professionally.
