Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring infection control policies and procedures, educating healthcare staff, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Collaborates with the medical officer to implement and oversee facility wide infection control and employee health programs. Provides pre-employment screenings, immunizations and work-related exposures, illnesses and injuries.
- Prefer an RN but will consider LPN.
- Certification from the National Board of Infection Control is also preferred.
