The client is seeking a Director of Engineering to manage a team of R&D, mechanical, electrical design, and system engineers who provide technical support for on-going new product development across the portfolio.

Requirements:

• Provide technical leadership across the team to deliver on-time and in-scope results across the business.
• Interface with senior leadership and stakeholders on a regular basis to deliver project updates on sustaining as well as new product development.
• Handling all operational and administrative responsibilities across the teams ensuring that multiple production facilities product lifecycles are aligned.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience in the medical device industry
• Experience with medical device manufacturing technologies, including high precision techniques, design for manufacturing, and design for reliability.
• Must currently be managing a team with direct reports (REQUIRED)
