StaffBright is currently seeking a Claims Manage r, in the Metro Detroit area to lead a team and oversee the daily operations of the claims department. This role requires strong communication skills, insurance industry expertise, and the ability to make informed decisions on claim approvals or denials.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Leading a team and making decisions on claim approvals or denials based on policy.
• Managing and improving daily claims operations.
• Ensuring all claims are reviewed, processed, and resolved efficiently.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.

What We Need From You:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
• 5-15 years of experience in insurance claims, with a background in Self-Funded or Fully Insured Health Plans.
• Strong communication skills with experience leading and mentoring teams.
