Job Title: Medical Malpractice Attorney

Location: Remote in California

Our client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Malpractice Attorney to join our growing law firm. Located in a prime area with easy access to all State, Federal, and Administrative Courts in Southern California, our firm specializes in defending litigated and administrative claims across various areas, including medical malpractice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical malpractice law, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a commitment to client service. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide effective legal solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide robust defense for clients in medical malpractice claims.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and case analysis.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients to develop effective defense strategies.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Proven experience in medical malpractice defense or related fields.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
