• As soon as Credentialed - Ongoing
• EMR: Meditech PDOC charting system
• Level IV trama Center
• 12-hr shifts Days/Nights 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am
• APV 22k annually
• Facility Coverage: 24 hour MD, 12 hour NPPA
• Need multiple providers
• BC/BE in EM, FP, IM Must be residency trained in Specialty Certified in
• Active WV Licensed required
