What we need from you:


  • Experience - 1-2 years of employee benefits experience
  • Knowledge - Insurance products, markets, ratings, and underwriting procedures
  • Licensed - Active Life & Health License or are willing to obtain one
  • Software - Knowledgeable with Applied EPIC, Microsoft Office, and other database management systems needed


Responsibilities:


  • Build strong relationships with clients and answer their questions
  • Maintain positive relationships with Account Managers
  • Responsible for endorsements, audits, creating certificates, and reviewing and checking policies,
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, proposals, summaries, and schedules of coverage for clients
  • Review and input applications and create letters and other forms of correspondence
  • Review contracts and client accounting history and inquiries
