We're looking for a bilingual customer service agent to join a great team for our client in the construction industry, located in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield.
Main responsibilities:
- Contribute to the company's image by ensuring the quality of information provided to customers;
- Ensure and monitor the integrity and accuracy of information entered into the customer management system when opening and updating customer accounts;
- Assist customers with account openings, updates, payments, complaints or requests for information, by telephone, return e-mail or letter, or in direct contact with customers;
- Explain product sales conditions clearly and fairly.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys;
- Monitor and validate exceptional transactions on a daily basis, whether declared or not, and if necessary, draw up an analysis report to share information;
- Participate in call center activities as defined by the Customer Service Supervisor;
- Other duties related to the position.

Skills required :
- Completed DES;
- One (1) to three (3) years' experience in customer service;
- Communication skills (English and French) and computer skills (an important asset);
- Customer service orientation and self-control;
- Ability to multitask;
