Job Description: Provides intensive case management to individuals with chronic and persistent mental illness. These services are provided within an individual and/or group context.

Experience
3-5 yrs exp. with clients requiring psychiatric & medically complicated care
Education
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Workplace Assessment and Violence Education certificate (WAVE)
Licenses
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
Nursing diploma is acceptable
Competencies
Basic - Mediation skills
Knowledge and Abilities
Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships.
Ability to competently use computers and software applications
General knowledge of psychopharmacology.
Ability to communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds

Knowledge in the area of management of complex clients and psychogeriatrics
