StartDate: 1/6/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1798.93 - $2072.68

LCSW needed asap Days likely some evenings and weekends possible. 13 weeks, 40 hrs Licensed Social worker to assist with psychosocial aspects of acute care. May also assist with ED and OB social service needs. EMR: EPIC HI Lic required 2 years experience LSCSW certificates LPC

Required Qualifications
Licensed Social Worker, Psych Experience: 2 years Licenses: LSW-HI AND Licensed Social Worker, Acute Experience: 2 years SSN Required DOB Required Licensed Social worker to assist with psychosocial aspects of acute care. May also assist with ED and OB social service needs.
