Description Process parts for surface polishing per customers specification.
Shift: First 6:30am - 3:30pm M-F
USA citizenship is required due to ITAR.
Starting @ $20/Hour
Supervisory Responsibilities Duties/Responsibilities - Receive customer parts for blasting.
- Ensure parts are done to customers specifications.
- Use of forklift.
- Use of hand tools and some power tools.
- Follow safety requirements.
- Review quality policy weekly.
- Inventory incoming parts reports and documents discrepancy in a timely manner.
- Before prepping inspect parts for damage from supplier and report to management.
- Double checking all work before processing
- Load/unload media into machines
- Prepping parts after process ends for cleaning.
- Wash parts per SOP.
- Assist preparing parts for shipping.
- Assist Management with other assigned tasks and duties.
- Production maintenance - Complete required cleaning and maintenance duties.
Required Skills/Abilities/Education: - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements: - Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
- Long periods of standing.
