Title: Customer Support/Account Representative-Sr

Location: South Jordan, UT

pay rate: $20-21.99/hr. on w2

Schedule:

• Any class taking place will consist of REMOTE training. Training will last 4-5 weeks .
• Post training your temp will be required to be in office 5 days a week .
• After 6 months of service your temp will be able to take advantage of a hybrid schedule ( 3 days in office / 2 from home ).

Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming calls for Client accounts, focusing on service inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.

Support areas include cash management, online/mobile platforms, and general account issues.

Candidates must deliver world-class service, thrive in a fast-paced team setting, and adapt quickly to changing needs.
