The Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, managing and directing all activities relating to the recruitment, selection, retention, orientation and development for the Always Best Care employees. Additionally, the Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with all state, local, and federal laws and regulations. Specific Position Requirements- * Oversee recruitment and hiring process. * Conduct new hire orientation and ensure that employees are properly trained to perform their job duties and understand the policies and procedures of the organization. * Provide feedback and coordinate performance reviews/disciplinary action along with the Director of Nursing and immediate supervisor. * Conduct structured exit interviews for departing employees and manage all off-boarding tasks. * Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks. * Ensure the Agency’s compliance with current state, local, and federal legislation as well as proper employment practices. * Administer and manage employee benefits packages, including but not limited to the company’s health insurance and 401K plans. * Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating facility maintenance, and ensuring a productive and organized work environment. * On call duties as assigned. * Additional duties as assigned. General Position Requirements - * Exemplary verbal and written communication skills. * A minimum of 2 years’ recruiting experience, preferably in home care. * Demonstrates an understanding of state, federal, and local employment laws. * Results driven. * Ability to cultivate and build relationships. * Strong follow up and listening skills. * Highly organized and detail oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring precision in HR documentation and processes. * Upholds the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information and HR issues. * Experienced in using Microsoft Office Suite.
