About the Role

As a Hospital Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and healthcare providers. Your role is vital in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who enters the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Registration: Greet patients and visitors, verify their information, and register them for appointments or admissions.

Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for patients, ensuring accurate and efficient scheduling.

Telephone Management: Answer and direct phone calls, providing information and assistance to callers.

General Office Duties: Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Medical Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong customer service skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required
