We are a modern prosthodontic office with an onsite dental lab, a 3-D CT scanner, and a team comprised of some of the best dental and implant specialists around. If you're passionate about providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced, engaging environment, apply today-we'd love to hear from you!Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Thursday 8 AM - 5 PMAssisting During Procedures:Prepare the treatment room for surgeries and dental procedures.Assist the dentist/oral surgeon/prosthodontist during surgical procedures by handing instruments and materials.Monitor patient comfort and vital signs during procedures.Patient Care:Prepare patients for surgery by explaining procedures and answering questions.Position patients appropriately for various dental procedures.Provide post-operative care instructions and assist with patient recovery.Instrument Management:Maintain an organized and sterile field during procedures.Clean, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment.Inventory and order supplies as needed.Administrative Tasks:Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups.Maintain accurate patient records and charts.Assist with billing and insurance processes/questions as necessary.Safety and Compliance:Adhere to infection control protocols and OSHA regulations.Ensure compliance with all relevant dental and medical standards.Benefits Offered: Competitive hourly rate, daily bonus opportunities, and a robust benefits package including matching 401K, medical, dental, vision, PTO, holiday pay, voluntary short-term and long-term disability plans, professional growth, and development opportunities.Requirements At least 1 year of experience in a dental-surgical setting is requiredA current CPR certificationX-Ray certificationKnowledge of dental procedures and terminologyProficiency in dental software and electronic health records (EHR) Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a team-oriented environmentCoachable and willing to adapt to new ways of doing thingsBilingual in English/Spanish is a plus Salary Description $24-$30/hr
