InteLogix is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our organization, onsite. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. - Salary Range: Up to $19.00/hour - pay is determined by scope of responsibility within the role, your experience, location and other job related factors
- Language differential provided - up to $1.00/hour in addition to base wage
Responsibilities:
- Process credit card payments over the phone or via Storefront for new and existing customers.
- Provide excellent care
- Assist with any customer issues
- Document any phone calls and actions in the data base.
- Perform opening and closing duties of Storefront lobby.
- Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals.
- Maintain good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkers.
Qualifications:
What We Look for in a Candidate:
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone and in person throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions.
- Superb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us
- Have computer technology savviness with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone
