What We Are Looking For:

• High school diploma
• Over 1 year of assembly experience preferred
• Knowledge or experience with 5S methodology is a plus
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a production environment
• Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to all assignments
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Comfortable with extensive walking

What You'll Do As A Warehouse Associate:

• Perform a range of functions related to material handling, including packaging, applying correct labels, confirming part identity through detailed comparison, and receiving, assembling, and storing parts, materials, and products
• Prepare parts and materials for shipment by packing items, verifying materials and quantities, maintaining inventory, conducting stock counts, and relocating parts and materials to designated areas
• Operate various motorized and manual material handling equipment, as well as semi-automated and automated packaging systems, scales, postage meters, and conveyor systems
• Execute tasks based on printed work orders and other written or verbal instructions
• Maintain comprehensive records related to shipping, receiving, and unloading trucks
• Perform additional duties as assigned
