Conduct diagnostic assessments for placement in the program. Provide services as a member of the multidisciplinary team and as directed by the attending physician, the Clinical Supervisor and the development of the patient’s treatment plan. Offer safe discharge and/or next steps for those graduating or not able to participate in treatment.
