- Clinic Provider Daily Volume: ED Volume average 77 patients per day
- Job Responsibilities: ED Physician coverage
- EMR: Cerner Powerchart until June then EPIC
- Teaching Opportunity: teaching hospital
- Trauma Level 3
- 250 beds
- 33,000 annual visits
- Peak shifts/busiest is during 11a-11p
- Transfer out less than 3% of patients
- 60-90 days for privileging
Submission Requirements- Ability to get them privileged quickly no lengthy work histories (cred staff goes back 10 years)
- Board Certified ABEM - ABEM/AOBEM (might consider FM but prefer ABEM)
- Clean background
- IA licenses
- Fellowship Trained
- ACLS & PALS are required through AHA; if ER boarded ACLS and PALS are waived; ATLS required for trauma privileges
- Must be available for night shifts
