Job Details Responsibilities
1. Leading the development and execution of strategic financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
2. Overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant standards.
3. Directing and coordinating the company’s financial planning and budget management functions.
4. Collaborating with senior management to establish long-range strategic plans, budgets, and financial objectives.
5. Overseeing the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure optimal operational and financial performance.
6. Managing financial risks and ensuring the company's financial systems and processes are robust, compliant, and support current activities and future growth.
7. Driving continuous improvement in financial performance through insightful analysis of results, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for improvements.
8. Providing leadership, direction, and management to the finance team.
Qualifications
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
2. CPA certification is required.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
4. Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, and risk management.
5. In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
6. Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
7. Proficiency in corporate governance and business ethics.
8. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. An analytical mindset with strategic planning abilities.
11. Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office.
