We are currently seeking a seasoned Electro-Mechanical Technical Support professional to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will assist dealers, property managers, and product users resolve technical issues with electrical and mechanical systems/devices, gates, access controls, appliances, air conditioning, and warehouse doors. You will work within a technical support ticketing system and uphold the highest customer satisfaction, service, and rating
Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electro-mechanical systems including electrical/mechanical systems and devices, vehicle gates, access controls, appliances, air conditioning units, and warehouse doors.
2. Diagnose and repair faults in these systems to ensure minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.
3. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all electro-mechanical systems.
4. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to optimize processes and improve equipment performance.
5. Document all technical issues and solutions, creating a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role
2. Proven expertise in the maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, gates, access controls, or similar
3. Experience within a technical support ticketing environment
