Description Aston Park Health Care Center, a Lutheran Services Carolinas community is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for all shifts! Part time (20+hrs), full-time (30+hrs) and PRN hours available! Benefits start at 20+ hours/week. Pay and Benefits: - SIGN-ON BONUS for all "Benefitted Positions": $2,500 paid out in increments for the 1st year of employment, and an additional $2,500 in the same increments for the second year of employment.
- Base pay ranges from $18-$24 per hour or more depending on experience (see additional pay details below).

Lutheran Services Carolinas has a NEW Nurse Tuition Program available! - "Nurse Tuition Program: available to any teammate who has been accepted into a community college nursing program. Tuition fully covered after other applicable grants or scholarships. Teammates must work for a senior facility a minimum of 22.5 hours per week. Teammates must apply to administrator at least 4 weeks prior to start of semester."
Additional Pay: - Weekday: 2nd shift diff of $3.00/hour
- Weekday: 3rd shift diff of $2.00/hour
- Weekend: shift diff $4.00/hour for all shifts
- Pay in lieu of benefits package- $3.00 extra per hour!
