Pay Range: $41,600 - $45,760 per year

Your Role:

• Lead and inspire a team of customer service representatives to provide exceptional service to all customers.
• Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective corrective measures.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance and customer feedback.
• Assist in training and developing new team members to enhance overall team performance.

What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service supervisory position.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
