You must be a compassionate person that enjoys helping people.nnYour main duty is to let the Nurse (your supervisor) know about any changes residents may be exhibiting.nnHelping residents to and from bathrooms.nnConversing with and comforting residents.nnAnswering residents' call buttons.nnProviding residents' with drinks and snacks.nnChanging bedding.nnHelping residents change into clean clothing.nnRunning errands for nurses.nnWhat does a CNA require?nnCurrent IA Nursing Assistant certification required.nnDesire and passion to help aging adults with daily needs.nnStrong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.nnAbility to work a consistent work schedule.nnLocation: Valley View Village is a part of Cassia.
