Responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, fulfillment, and staging, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations
• Manage inventory accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and optimize layout and space for efficiency
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and couriers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Schedule and manage workforce capacity based on demand, monitoring performance and reporting on KPIs
• Draft and manage the annual operating budget for warehouse operations
• Lead continuous improvement efforts, applying Kaizen principles to enhance processes and productivity

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, ideally in manufacturing or high-volume settings
• Experience with start-up or scale-up would be ideal
• Hands-on approach with strong leadership skills; comfortable managing a team of hourly employees
• Experience with receiving, inventory control, and outbound logistics
• Proven ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen preferred)
• Effective organizational and time management skills, especially in fast-paced environments
• Willingness to work extra hours as needed to meet operational demands
• Must be comfortable working the shift times
