Join our team and make a significant impact on the safe and efficient operation of our cold storage facilities. As a Regional Maintenance Manager , you will oversee the maintenance operations of multiple facilities, ensuring optimal performance, regulatory compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and guide a team of Facility Maintenance Managers to achieve peak performance.

Process Safety Management: Implement and maintain rigorous PSM programs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Energy Efficiency: Collaborate with the Energy Management department to optimize energy usage and reduce costs.
n n- n
CMMS Proficiency: Utilize CMMS to streamline maintenance operations and generate valuable insights.
n n- n
Capital Expenditure Planning: Identify and prioritize capital expenditure projects to enhance facility infrastructure.

Facility Design and Construction: Provide guidance on the design and construction of new facilities and building additions.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
n n- n
7+ years of experience in facility maintenance management, including resource planning
n n- n
Proven expertise in ammonia, Freon, and/or CO2 refrigeration systems
n n- n
Strong understanding of Process Safety Management and Risk Management Plan requirements
n n- n
Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite
n n- n
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Ability to travel up to 50%

Willingness to work in various temperature and noise level conditions

Competitive Salary: $107,250 - $193,050 per year
