As a union contractor, we work on a referral process from the local union halls for the hiring of all craft workers.nnA General Laborer (Apprentice, Journeyman, Foreman, and General Forman?) will typically clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards. Load or unload building materials.
