A prestigious homecare company is seeking LPN's to visit group homes in Philadelphia
Type: Temp or Temp to Perm
Schedule: 2nd shift LPN: MonFri, 12:30pm-08:30pm
Location: Hatboro, PA
Job Description:
They will do 4 -5 house visits a day
They will be delivering medications, trainings, doing wound care, f/u on monitoring of issues BP, BS any medical issue going on, deliver appointment packets, or misc duties as assigned
Create appointment packets
Train staff at the home on any medical or change of daily care of resident
Head to toe assessments according to schedule and or sick call, other required assessments / readmission head to toes of post hospitalization
Work in 159 doctor office assist doctor when needed / clinics held at 159 will assist when needed
COVID testing
Enter assessments / nursing notes / VS into data base
Filling out necessary misc forms
Work with 1st shift nurse on trainings etc needed to be completed out at the home
Will have lap top and I phone only answer while on duty DO NOT answer when off duty
