Shift - 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM
Required:
- Min 2 year of experience
- BLS Certificate (preferred AHA)
- Active LPN License.
- 2 Professional Reference (1 must be the supervisor and other could be supervisor or co-worker!
Duties:
- Taking and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Administering medication.
- Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to Nurses, Physicians, and family members.
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
