RN Unit Manager
Full-time/ 1st shift
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent effective clinical oversight
• Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
• Manage the skilled nursing unit
• As a member of the management team ensure staff compliance with resident care
• Ensure State and Federal regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• Must have strong management skills
• Must have prior nurse management experience
• Must have RN license
• Must have Long Term Care experience
