Responsibilities - Managing all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention
- Meeting team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly
- Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner
- Proactively building loyalty and long term relationships with customers
- Increasing customer traffic through local store marketing
- Maintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accounts
- Maintaining a clean and organized salon
- Cash handling, opening/closing business
- Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
Qualifications - High school diploma, or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- One or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
- Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals
- Proven customer service experience
- Polished professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for 8 hours per day
