Job Description

n- Chart interdisciplinary progress notes in an informative and descriptive manner to reflect resident care.
n- Prepare and administer medications/treatments as ordered by a physician; Ensure drug & narcotic records are accurate and up to date for each shift; notify nurse manager of discrepancies; appropriately dispose of drugs & narcotics.
n- Assist the care plan team to identify the physical, social, nutritional, spiritual, and activity needs of residents.

Qualifications:

n- Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical, Rehab, or Geriatric Nursing or New Graduate
n- Current Maryland Licensed Practical Nurse License.
n- Current CPR Certification.
n- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
n- Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
